SSM offers a complete package of in-house staff capability in all phases of sanitary sewerage and water supply services.  Our clients include municipal authorities; municipal governments; private, commercial and industrial water suppliers; and privately-owned sanitary sewer system owners/operators.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Water and Wastewater Client Representative who is passionate and committed to helping us achieve our core purpose to enhance the quality of life | For our clients; for the community; for our employees.

If you…

  • Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental and/or Civil Engineering
  • Hold a Professional Engineering (P.E.) license; Water and/or Wastewater Certified Operator preferred
  • Have at least 10 years of experience with municipal treatment facilities, distribution systems, collection systems, sanitary and sewer systems, and storm water and treatment processes design
  • Have at least 5 to 10 years of experience as a client manager, preferably in an engineering or consulting environment
  • Have demonstrated direct client and project management responsibility
  • Possess exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills with a superior eye for detail
  • Are a team player
