The Keystone Tap is the Award Winning publication of the Pennsylvania Rural Water Association and is distributed to all PRWA members as a membership benefit. The Keystone Tap is also distributed to state agencies, on personal technical assistance visits, in PRWA Training Sessions, to federal and state officials, and other state and rural water associations. The Keystone Tap is published quarterly. Your comments and suggestions are welcomed. Articles, news items and photographs are also welcome.

Online Advertising Opportunites
All users registered online at PRWA.COM are listed in the online user directory with their contact information, business logo, and business description. Registered users are also able to create a homepage to highlight their business/system which will be listed on the PRWA.COM homepage directory. Associate Members in good standing are also specially highlighted on the Associate Member directory. Users are also able to create Advertisements that will be listed in the PRWA highlights page.
